　　The Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of all office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate administrative effectiveness and efficiency. This position must demonstrate strong managerial, supervisory skills, written, and verbal communication.

　　Office Manager Required Qualifications:

　　Computer knowledge and efficiency, including all Microsoft Office products

　　Ability to lead a team, delegate, collaborate, and function effectively as part of a team

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　3+ years of related office management experience

　　Bachelor’s Degree – or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
