**Job Description:As the Office Manager you provide administrative support to the President, Vice President, Operations Manager and Shop Manager. You will be working with colleagues and vendors to ensure that all business needs are met. You must be able to use independent judgement, be organized and proactive while working in a continuously changing and fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibility:**
Serve as first point of contact for employees, vendors and customersWork with Human resources on updated employee statuses and/or personnel changes, time off requests, attendance or disciplinary reportsCoordinate logistics for freight needs, Office inventory, request vendor quotes, negotiate best pricing, generate purchase orders and place ordersManage inventory levels and reorders**Hiring Process:Apply via company website.
