About Office Manager

  Description:

  Our client is seeking an office manager to join their team! This Office Manager will be working within QuickBooks to process invoices and sending out the bills. They will file taxes on a quarterly basis as well as type up purchase orders to be printed out for UPS boxes. They will also do some collections, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative tasks. This candidate should be highly organized and a self-starter.

  Skills & Qualifications:

  5+ years of invoicing experience (They will be doing about 12 invoices a day)

  5+ years of billing experience

  Proficient within QuickBooks

  Excel: navigate within spreadsheets in Excel

  The ideal candidate will also have some payroll and tax knowledge as well. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.
