Your Responsibilities:

Daily Coordination: Communicate schedules, adjust assignments, and assist with operational issues.

Expert Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to expert on practice procedures and software systems.

Inventory Management: Monitor and order supplies and cosmetic stock to keep our office well-equipped.

Task Oversight: Ensure timely completion of tasks like scanning, referrals, and managing payments.

Staff Training: Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.

Performance Monitoring: Keep supervisors informed of issues, help resolve them, and contribute to performance reviews.

Schedule Management: Ensure provider schedules are fully booked and manage cancellations.

Collections Oversight: Oversee collections to ensure appropriate payments are collected.

Process Improvement: Identify and communicate process issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes.

Employee Support: Address employee questions and concerns, referring to management as needed.

Hiring Assistance: Assist in interviewing and hiring staff.

Front Desk Duties: Step in to perform front desk duties during staff absences or high workload periods.

Additional Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in a medical office setting, with dermatology or MOHS experience preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Busy Fast-Paced: Thrive in a dynamic dermatology setting that is constantly growing with new providers.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
