　　Your job responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:

　　You will answer phones and greet guests, clients and prospects. You will process all incoming mail, prepare bank deposits and also manage a book of bond business.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma. Relevant experience will be considered..

　　Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance

　　Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

　　Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, applicants and visitors

　　Ability to perform administrative functions

　　The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well as possess strong skills in operating computers and various office machines, as well as a technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
