Camille Viera Servicesis looking for an Office Clerk.
Duties include:
1 Assist Developing and implementing systems for the best operation of the office.2. Assist having a bi-weekly meeting to report advances and new tasks to be done with staff.3. Assist on keeping informed the VP of Operation of all activities and situations.4. Assist on searching, programming and promoting human resources seminars and trainings to improve efficiency of the employees, such as customer service training.5. Maintaining a good environment in the office. Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.6. Maintaining the good image of the company and looking always for ways to go beyond the expectations of our clients and President.7. Perform all tasks necessary to achieve the mission and vision of Camille Viera and Services8. Assist on receiving payments.9. Collaborate on facilitating through a range of ideas/tools/ways the performance of each department.10. Assist on being aware of the promotions and marketing ideas for the Gainesville Office.
