We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

What you get to do:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of farm operations.Assist with payroll processing and other basic accounting tasks.Greeting and assist visitors to the office.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.What you need to be successful:

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment(e.g., printers, scanners)Schedule: Monday -- Friday from 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay: $18.00
