　　Major responsibilities

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

　　Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

　　Receive and place telephone calls

　　Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Requirements - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

　　Excellent problem-solving skills

　　Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

　　Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyProficient with computers and technology platforms

　　Solid understanding of Microsoft Word

　　Expertise in customer service

　　Alphanumeric data entry experience

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Customer service and office administrative skills
