Description

This role focuses on providing office assistant to our team, with tasks ranging from answering calls, organizing files, to data entry and customer service. Working onsite Monday to Friday. Must be able to start asap.

This role is based in Falls Chruch, Virginia.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-year office experience.

• Carry out data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer records on our database

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

• Maintain office supplies inventory, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth office operations

• Assist in various office tasks as required, such as loading the dishwasher, to ensure a clean and organized workplace

• Provide support to other team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and team spirit

• Use strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
