Description

　　We are collaborating with diverse organization and are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our client's team on a contract or contract-to-hire basis.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and organizing office supplies.

　　Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

　　Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills while interacting with team members and external contacts.

　　Task Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and completing them with a keen attention to detail.

　　Data Entry and Record Keeping: Utilize data entry skills for accurate record-keeping and maintaining organized documentation.

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency in software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

　　Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

　　Data Entry: Experience in data entry and a strong commitment to accuracy.

　　Contract Details: This is a contract position with the potential for a contract-to-hire transition based on performance and business needs.
