Job Description
Select’s Office Administrator provides high-level support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
Prepares financial statements, reports, memos, letters and other documents.
Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the Board of Directors, committees, and executives.
Helps prepare for meetings.
Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
Accurately records, types and distributes meeting minutes.
Greets visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
Files and retrieves corporate documents, records and reports.
Opens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Makes travel arrangements for executives.

Requirements

Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select’s insurance guidelines.

Typing of 55 wpm (minimum).

This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
