About Office Administrator

  Currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a client in Toronto, Ontario.

  Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 5 pm (half hour unpaid lunch) ON site

  Contract for 6 months but possibility of conversion to full time perm sooner or after 6 months

  Interview process: one interview (in person)

  Start date estimated: January 29 th , 2024

  Pay rate: $24/hour

  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  Looking for an Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly. You'll be in charge of making sure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, so everyone can focus on their jobs and work together seamlessly. We're excited to find someone who's enthusiastic about creating a positive work environment and keeping things running smoothly!

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures (perm only)

  Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, office snacks supplies, and booking travel arrangements for employees

  Maintaining general cleanliness of the office, and leading renovation projects

  Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

  Planning events such as team off-sites, critical client meetings, and socials (perm only)

  WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  2+ year of experience as a reception manager or front desk manager

  Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and office administration experience

  Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills

  Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software
