Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County Administrative Assistant
Now seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team and fill the critical role of Administrative Assistant. This person provides crucial administrative support to the Executive Director of the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County, its Board of Directors, and other office staff. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant assists with general office operations, equipment and supplies, records retention and public records requests, marketing, and website maintenance. This is a non-exempt, unclassified position that reports directly to the Executive Director. QUALIFICATIONS
An example of acceptable qualifications:High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role
Ability to demonstrate cultural and linguistic sensitivity
Ability to demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
Commissioned notary public, or willingness to achieve within 6 months of hire
Must be capable of exercising initiative, independent judgement, and solid secretarial skills to a wide range of work situations, often involving sensitive or confidential information
