　　What You'll Do for Us

　　Define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven Operational Excellence strategies, programs, and Program Management Office (PMO) framework.Identify, plan, and implement organization process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, etc.Introducing new methods and processes to improve product/service quality and customer satisfaction.Promote and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organizationLead key projects in the plant, region or global level applying lean/six sigma techniques and coordinating a multicultural team.Build strategic and value-added partnerships with internal and external customers.Define and implement effective training, mentoring and coaching strategies and programs for associates.Facilitate and lead Business Excellence Assessment.

　　Qualifications & Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of food and/or manufacturing integrated environment work experience, leading Lean/Operational Excellence experience.Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing concepts.Strong Lean-driven Operational Excellence knowledge with proven practical experience in the use and application of lean principles and tools.Proven Project Management capabilities.Demonstrated experience in people management, in a people-focused, team-based environment.Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to prioritize accordingly.Strong demonstrated experience in change management.Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills.Excellent Decision-Making Skills.Excellent communication skills.High level of PC literacy, SAP, Microsoft etc.
