About Occupational Therapist - PAMC OT

  Description

  Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

  This posting is for multiple openings for an Occupational Therapist at Providence Alaska Medical Center, AK. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the Department:

  Occupational Therapist - Full-Time (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week) - $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires, and Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

  Occupational Therapist - Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed.

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or

  Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or

  Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy

  Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License

  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart

  Preferred Qualifications:
