　　Responsibilities

　　Upon referral provides professional Occupational Therapy services including evaluations planning individual patient care programs and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.

　　Qualifications

　　New graduate without experience acceptable unless a specific number of years required due to the needs of the department at the time of the appointment.

　　Pay Range

　　$47.10 - $68.30 /hour
