This OTwill work closely with our other rehab departments as well as ourOccupational Medicine team. Key responsibilities: Perform pre-employmentscreening for area companies Perform Functional Capacity Evaluationsusing Ergoscience software Provide ergonomic services for Mercyhealthemployees Create and implement work hardening programs for patientsPotentially participate in onsite ergonomic assessments, and earlyintervention services for area businesses. Education and ExperienceGraduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyCertification/Licensure Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in WI, ILor both if required Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90days NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)preferred (Industrial Rehab Only) - For those driving Mercyhealthvehicles: Maintain a valid driver\'s license. Have and maintain anacceptable driving record per Mercyhealth\'s HR.100 Fleet and DriverSafety policy.
