　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

　　Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

　　Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

　　Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

　　Qualifications Include:

　　Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

　　NBCOT certification

　　Specific skills: Outpatient Neuro Rehab; Experience with performing drivers readiness evaluations, concussion rehab, low vision rehab, treating sleep disorders as well as general Neuro dx (CVA, SCI, PD, MS etc) preferred.
