　　Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

　　Location: Haverhill, MA

　　Experience: Must be COTA. 1+ Years of experience preferred

　　Requirements: COTA Certification

　　Schedule:

　　28 hours per week

　　Monday: 10:30-3:30

　　Tuesday: 8:30-3:00

　　Wednesday: 7:30-2:00

　　Thursday: 8:30-3:00

　　Friday: 8:30-3:00

　　Start: ASAP

　　Pay: $40 - $45/HR based on experience

　　Description: COTA will float across the high school, middle school and elementary school. 3rd grade-SP (age 22). Ability to work independently, update IEPs, (CPL and goals), comfortable running whole class groups, up to 12 students.
