Foremost Farms USA is hiring a Production Supervisor to bea key leader in Richland Center, WI. You\'ll have the opportunity tolead and supervise employees while producing cheese and other productsfor our customers in Wisconsin and around the world! At Foremost,Production Supervisors participate on cross-functional teams to build aculture of operational excellence and innovation in processing, methods,productivity, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety and quality. You willbe responsible for training and developing employees, managing schedulesand bringing new ideas forward to continually improve FF\'s people,processes and products. JOB DUTIES: Supervise Production Associates inall aspects of their work including: prioritizing duties, delegatingwork assignments, and scheduling. Coordinate sanitation reviews withchemical suppliers. Coordinate, facilitate and documentsanitation-related employee training. Ensure all quality standards andprocedures are maintained. Developing instructional work guides andoversee training of employees in the processes and methods required toachieve Foremost Farms\' standards for quality, quantity, and safety.Assist in regulatory inspections and customer audits. Coordinate specialplant-wide functions such as production planning and scheduling,sanitation and safety. Act as a technical resource to respond toinquiries and problems regarding production, quality and work problems.Complete production paperwork including records, inventory, inspection,sanitation reports, processing/CIP charts and maintenance work orders.Administration of related company policies and procedures, includingOSHA and safety, and proper administration of the collective bargainingagreement. Stay actively involved in safety efforts: attend safetymeetings, participate in incident investigations, and assist in rootcause analysis and auditing.
