　　Provides nutritional counseling to patients in the Home Care setting; provides consultative services to staff.

　　Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

　　BS with major in Foods and Nutrition. Master’s degree in Nutrition or Public Health required. One (1) year clinical experience including counseling patients regarding normal and therapeutic nutrition. Registered Dietician license required. Valid NYS drivers license. Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others. Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports.
