POSITION SUMMARY:

　　Under the direction of the Nursing Staff and Scheduling Supervisor provides office support for the Nursing Staff Scheduling functions in the Nursing Administration department.

　　High Schiool Education or equivalent

　　Two-year degree in business

　　WORK EXPERIENCE:

　　One year of related office assistant experience.

　　Preferred:

　　Previous healthcare related experience.

　　Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.

　　Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

　　Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.

　　Computer literacy.

　　Preferred:

　　Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.

　　Advanced computer skills related to desk top publishing or graphic design desirable.
