　　Your Responsibilities:Instructional Excellence: Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectivelyutilize learning management systems, and objectively assess studentperformanceStudent Interaction: Create a nurturing classroom environment, providefeedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest instructionalmethodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoingprofessional development.Additional Contributions: Beyond the classroom, you'll participate incampus activities, events and meetings, assist with maintenance of anorderly classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.Compensation: $38-$42/hr (Based on Education/Experience)Join theMission: At Concorde you're a partner in shaping healthcare's future.Your role goes beyond the classroom and the college, it's about building athriving community of nurses who will make a difference.

　　Qualifications

　　Your Qualifications:* Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.* Must have Bachelor's degree in nursing, Masters preferred.* Must have 3 years of clinical experience.o Clinical Instructors: Must have 1 year of documented experience in thearea of instruction.o Theory Instructors: Must have at least 2 years of professional nursingclinical experience.* Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.* Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.* Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.If you're ready toembark on a fulfilling journey that empowers students, supportscommunities, nd shapes healthcare's future, we invite you to be a partof our team.
