　　Responsibilities

　　Oversee the operational effectiveness of assigned facility.

　　Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies related to the assigned facility.

　　Ensure that facility is in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

　　Monitor care delivery to determine changes that may be needed to improve outcomes and service standards.

　　Review data to identify performance improvement opportunities.

　　Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.

　　Direct and coordinate activities of all medical, nursing and administrative staff and services.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　Licensed Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.Additional Preferences
