Join Community
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.
Make a Difference
The Nurse Educator (RN) works closely with the Education Specialist, the Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Department's Nursing Manager/Director to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the educational needs of nursing staff at the unit/department level to enable staff to provide quality care for the unique patient population on that unit/department. This Nurse Educator role will have oversight into the training/education/development needs for the Observation, DayBeds (Short Stay) and Emergency Department nursing staff at Community Heart & Vascular Hospital. Community Heart & Vascular Hospital is home to more cardiovascular innovation, coordinated care and talent than any other provider in central Indiana. Our heart physicians and specialists are dedicated to providing groundbreaking, comprehensive heart and vascular care. No other facility is as advanced in diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, electrophysiology and atrial fibrillation treatment, cardiac rehabilitation and more.
