POSITION SUMMARYTo be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by assisting licensed personnel in providing direct nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.

May have access to rooms that contain IV solutions, authorized medications and supplies as needed for patient care responsibilities.11. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals (i.e. use of 2 patient identifiers) when accessing patient information and in performing job duties.12. Demonstrates personal accountability in economically using and caring for equipment and supplies.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

　　Education:Current enrollment in an RN or LPN program with successful completion of hands on clinical coursework. May remain in Nurse Tech role up to one (1) year after graduation from LPN/RN professional nursing program, until ATT (Authorization to Test) is received and/or NCLEX is failed twice.

　　Certification:Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider and maintain.
