Job Description:

　　Scheduler will be working directly with mobile phlebotomists and patients to schedule at-home appointments of blood draws.

　　Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

　　Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system.

　　Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.

　　Data entry of appointments scheduled in their internal system.

　　Qualifications:

　　1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience

　　Open to retail service experience

　　Strong customer service and people skills
