　　Job Description:

　　As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing care. Your role will involve supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Supervise and lead nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care

　　Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans

　　Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening as necessary

　　Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare policies

　　Provide support and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment

　　Participate in staff education and training programs

　　Coordinate and communicate effectively with other healthcare disciplines

　　Assist in the evaluation of nursing staff performance

　　Qualifications:

　　Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

　　Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

　　Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role

　　Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to lead and motivate a team

　　Current CPR and ACLS certifications
