　　This is a professional nursing position involving responsibility for the continuous recruitment, motivation and retention of a professional nursing staff at Monroe Community Hospital. The position requires knowledge in the areas of nursing practice and personnel policies and procedures. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing or other higher-level staff member. Supervision is not a responsibility of this class. Does related work as required.
