Roseburg is located on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The community is nestled in a lush forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua. Responsibilities

As a Quality Review Nurse you will be collecting, analyzing, aggregating and reviewing data and processes as well as translating data into information to identify clinical trends, patters and performance levels that suggest opportunities for improvement.

Essential Duties:

Develops summaries of quality concerns and presents to quality committees for discussion.

Maintains a log of current and completed cases for tracking, trending and quality improvement.

Conducts quality reviews.

Conducts clinical reviews of patient care episodes and patient safety indicators. Identifies areas of concern and makes recommendations for improvement.

Reviews blood product usage and conducts audits.

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

Core Schedule: Monday - Friday

Schedule may be flexible.

Qualifications

License/Certifications:

State of Oregon RN License

American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire

Experience:

2 years aute care nursing experience (at least 24 hours/week)Pay Range

$40.61 - $56.74 /hour
