　　QuadMed is looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Constellium Health Center in Ravenswood, WV. Work with a tight-knit team to provide on-site Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare to our patients at Constellium.

　　This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week.

　　Job Requirements:

　　The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.

　　Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and National Board Certification

　　Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care

　　NPI & DEA

　　Background in working with pediatric patients a plus

　　Bilingual Spanish preferred
