We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in our real estate management team located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an Accountant, your primary role will be to manage financial records and reporting for multiple clients, while utilizing accounting software for efficient record keeping. Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough account reconciliations to ensure the precision of financial records

• Preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements and reports for a diverse range of clients

• Handling the management of bank reconciliations to account for all transactions and resolve discrepancies

• Carrying out a series of technical accounting tasks related to various financial transactions

• Analysis of accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Assisting with special project assignments as directed by management

• Providing support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries

• Utilizing advanced accounting software systems like Skyline for effective record-keeping and reporting

• Balancing sheet account management and reconciliation

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a necessity for this role.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Balance Sheet Account is required.

• Demonstrable experience in Account Reconciliation is essential.

• Familiarity with Skyline software is expected.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes is required.

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is a must.

• Ability to Prepare Financial Statements accurately and in a timely manner is crucial.

• Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger is needed.
