Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a growing Family Medicine practice at PMG Canby. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider and clinical pharmacist. The clinic, newly expanded in 2020, has 13 exam rooms, a procedure room, a consult room and, with physical therapy and diagnostic imaging onsite, serves as a medical hub in this growing community located 10 miles from Oregon City and 25 miles Southeast of Portland, OR.

　　Full-time, 1.0 FTE

　　Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4-5 days/week schedule

　　Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)

　　2 years experience strongly preferred
