　　About the role:

　　A natural communicator, proficient in both Dutch and English with strong commercial awareness, the Nurse Advisor will visit ostomates at home and provide them expert guidance on our ostomy care products. Additionally, the Nurse Advisor will provide assistance to ostomy care nurses within hospital settings and maintain regular interaction with medical supply specialists. This part-time position (20 hours per week) is located in the Flemish region of Belgium.

　　Key requirements

　　At least 3-5 years of work experience within a nurse environment

　　Excellent communication skills – phone, written and face to face

　　Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both in speaking and in writing

　　Enhanced computer skills

　　An accurate, independent, and result-oriented work attitude and affinity with stoma care

　　Analytical minded, accurate and service oriented

　　Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities

　　Accepts responsibility to deliver against deadlines

　　Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities

　　Proactive approach to work and flexibility beyond standard working hours

　　About you:

　　You’ve worked as a Nurse before and have a good knowledge in the Ostomy area, so you understand the importance of being adaptable and have a proactive approach. Alongside your exceptional communication and customer services skills, your expertise in stoma care will be an asset to our team. You’ll have good commercial acumen and be very autonomous.

　　Education/ Qualifications

　　You are a nursing graduate with experience within ostomy care.

　　Travel Requirements

　　This role will be home based, requiring frequent travel for home patient care, hospital visits, patient events and to relevant external conferences and attend company meetings.

　　Languages

　　Dutch/ Flemisch (speaking, writing, and reading)

　　English (speaking, writing, and reading)

　　Any additional languages will be a plus
