  The role

  Reporting to the Communication and Digital Director, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Nestlé Purina Petcare's website, CRM, organic search, CES and Digital Products strategy across European markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and engaging experiences for our consumers.

  What you’ll do

  • Drive the definition and development of personalized digital products and experiences for Purina's owned assets, including a monetization strategy.

  • Lead the deployment of the Digital Marketing Analytics & Data strategy, enabling data-driven consumer marketing decisions.

  • Deploy and optimize above brand, above market CRM strategy and operations, focusing on acquisition, retention, personalization, and monetization of 1st party data.

  • Develop and optimize the performance of the Search strategy 2.0 (Organic/Paid/eRetailers) through subject matter expertise and capability building.

  • Manage a team of subject matter experts on CRM, CES, UX/UI, Digital Products, and Digital Marketing data & analytics. Foster collaboration with Brand Content Teams and external parties to drive digital integration and identify scalable opportunities.

  Minimum qualifications

  • + 10 years in Digital Marketing with management of CRM and integrated marketing multi-channel programs, with a focus on personalization and consumer engagement

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing digital personalization initiatives.

  • Range and depth of functional digital expertise across all areas (i.e. SEO, paid search, display, affiliates, social media, owned properties)

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, data analytics, and segmentation strategies.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  Bonus Points If You:

  • +2 years’ experience as responsible for consumer experience for a major brand, native digital company, or consultancy. Preferably in above-the-market roles.

  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.

  • Experience of managing teams, coaching, and developing people.
