Description:

　　The Maintenance Technician will have the following responsibilities:

　　-Accomplishes daily assignments as scheduled and as directed.

　　-Performs the on-site service and repair of equipment.

　　-Candidates will work on pneumatics, motors, drives, and hydraulics

　　-Will perform some fabrication

　　-Must meet at least 90% of Estimated Repair Times

　　-Interfaces with other departments.

　　-Follows standard OSHA, EPA and Company safe practices on all work assignments.

　　-Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings.

　　-May be asked to train other employees

　　-If no tech III is available may be asked to fill in as Team Lead.

　　-Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

　　-Responsible to manage waste generated from any work that is performed.

　　Electrical, Troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Preventive maintenance, Schematic, Blueprint, robotics, cmms

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　-Highschool diploma or GED

　　-3 years of industrial maintenance experience

　　-Ability to read blue prints/ schematics

　　-Hydraulics/ pneumatic experience

　　-24v-480v experience

　　NICE TO HAVES:

　　-Knowledge of Robotics

　　-Knowledge of CMMS
