Description:
The Field Service Technician ensures the seamless operation of equipment at client locations, from installation to maintenance. It requires a technically adept individual who can handle complex issues, efficiently manage installations, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal
teams.
Safely and efficiently manage the replacement, installation, removal, and low-priority maintenance of Drinking equipment at customer restaurants locations, ensuring adherence to Company standards and customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive training to restaurant operators on the proper use, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of Drinking equipment.
Address minor technical issues with Drinking equipment that may not be functioning correctly at the time of delivery. If a resolution is not immediate, initiate a service call.
Stay updated with the latest Drinking equipment advancements and best practices in the field. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Operate handheld devices effectively to maintain accurate records of delivery, removal, equipment movement, and parts inventory accountability.
Provide timely feedback and reports to the Field Service Manager regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
experience in equipment maintenance orremanufacturing.
● Familiarity with beverage equipment or similar machinery is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to the refurbishment process.
● Physical Requirements:
● May involve lifting heavy equipment (30 lbs), bending, standing for long periods, and other
physical activities associated with equipment refurbishment.
