NOC Technician

　　General Responsibilities

　　• Monitoring systems and networks managed by EVERTEC.

　　• Monitoring the ATH Network, telecommunication devices, servers, applications, transactions and processes executed in different environments, such as: Mainframe, Non-Stop and Open Systems.

　　• Provide first level support to reestablish the service or provide appropriate follow-up to ensure compliance with SLAs established with our customers. 

　　Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

　　Education and Experience Required

　　• Associate Degree or approved credits on Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.

　　• Minimum of One (1) year experience in diagnosis and repair situations with communication networks, computers, servers and operating systems. 

　　Knowledge and Skills Required

　　• Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and servers

　　• Excellent system diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

　　• Customer Service Skills

　　• Good Verbal and Witten communications skills, both in English and Spanish

　　• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks concurrently

　　Friday to Tuesday 4:30pm - 1:00am (Wednesday & Thursday Free)  

　　Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
