　　TheOn-site Recruiting Specialistis primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major Surge client. Specifically, the individual in this position:

　　1) delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs

　　2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service

　　3) performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.

　　PRIMARY FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major SURGE ClientDelivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employeesDevelops and retains business by providing outstanding customer servicePerforms a variety of administrative tasksMonitor attendance of employeesProcess and assist with Workers Compensation claimsReconcile invoices from all vendorsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICAITONS AND SKILLS

　　Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not requiredHigh School diploma requiredProven leadership/success in a previous managerial roleAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionExceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnershipsMinimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experienceMust have great communication and customer service skillsMust have administrative skillsExperience in performing background checks, I 9, and E VerifyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and InternetSurge offers great employee benefits such as:
