Description:

　　-Start up an extruder and make adjustments as needed to ensure a quality product.

　　-Check samples for quality

　　-Set gears, ratios and heats to required specifications

　　-Troubleshoot problems with assistance

　　Use a micrometer/caliper to periodically check product running to ensure qualitySkills:

　　Extrusion, Machine operation, Production, general production, inspection, hand tool, general labor, Machine operating

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. of material and loading into receptacle.

　　Ability to push from 40 to 60 lbs. reels, material or equipment as needed.

　　Standing, bending, stretching during 12-hour shifts.
