DUTIES: Will audit the daily guest ledgers, balancedaily reports and receipts for the rooms and restaurants, ensureaccuracy of charges to guest folios, check hotel guests in and out asneeded, and handle overnight guest inquiries. No experience necessary;will train. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in the use of allMicrosoft suite applications required. SCHEDULE: Minimum of 35hrs p/wk.On average 7hrs p/day and 5 days p/wk. Weekends and holidays required.HOURS: Various shifts required, but in general; 11PM-7AM. WAGE: Workerswill be paid no less than \$18.21 p/hr, paid bi-weekly. Returningworkers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage ratesup to \$19.21 p/hr. Overtime hours may be available at a rate rangingfrom \$27.32 - \$28.82 p/hr. LOCATION(S): Chatham Bars Inn, located at297 Shore Road, Chatham, MA 02633 LODGING: Optional, voluntary dormitorystyle housing available, first come first served while available, at acost ranging \$180-\$210 per week (not deducted from payroll). Limiteddaily transportation offered from arranged lodging. Complimentary dutymeals available. Eligible for health and dental insurance after 60 daysof employment. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment(including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place ofemployment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if theworker completes half the employment period. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes theemployment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Dailysubsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximumof \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. H-2B workers will be reimbursedduring the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visa processing andrelated costs, except passport costs, by company check. 3. The employerwill provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required toperform the job, at no charge. 4. The employer guarantees to offer workfor hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each12-week period of the total employment period. 5. Employer will use asingle work week for computing wages starting each Sunday at 1200 am andending Saturday at 1159 pm and the employee will be paid biweekly. 6.All hired workers (incl. H-2B and U.S.) must complete companyapplication and pass standard background investigation, which is paidfor by the employer and conducted after offer and acceptance and priorto commencement of employment. 7. Employer will make deductions fromworker?s paycheck required by law.
