This includes conceptual design, detailed design and analysis, qualification testing, integration, and mission support.Represent the program in the development of internal tool and process capability for a more digitally coordinated work environment, to enable more rapid development and operationUse your experience and knowledge of the system to support special projects including anomaly investigations, major program events, and planning objectivesCollaborate with many internal customers to define dependencies and schedule needs associated with delivering space systemsLead team-based identification, decomposition, and estimation of work scope for full lifecycle hardware and software developmentLead project schedule, resources, and cost - present status of effort, including risks, variances and recovery plans to program managementResource load, analyze, and optimize project schedule to meet required plansMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of a B.S. degree in an engineering field (mechanical or aerospace engineering preferred)Demonstrated technical expertise in spacecraft, launch vehicle, or high-performance aircraft or automotive developmentExperience and ability to work independently on rapid development programs5+ years of proven experience in project management for aerospace or equivalent-type systems including Leadership of at least one multi-person project managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, cost, and communications.Proficiency with standard scheduling software such as Primavera (P6), Open Plan, or MS ProjectStrong written and verbal communication skills in technical work environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in EngineeringProject Management Professional certificate, or similar credentialDirect experience in multiple project lifecycle phases including definition, design, manufacturing, and operationsCompensation range for on site WA applicants is$173,737.50---$243,232.50 USDInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
