Overall Purpose:
The Ovation DCIS Platform / S3 Customer Service Intern will support the Ovation Platform Engineering / S3 staff in supporting the customer's DCIS Platform and S3 Contract requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the engineering staff in fulfilling S3 I&C system service requests and issue resolution.Support the maintenance of the S3 Support Hub SharePoint site.Support the development and maintenance of Westinghouse capital Ovation systems.Track and coordinate Ovation platform service requests from internal Westinghouse customers.Utilize MS office tools as needed to support the engineering staff.Contribute to the maintenance of Ovation platform technical information and databases.
Minimum Requirements:
Has completed 2nd or greater year of a technical / engineering degreeAbility to multi-task and meet defined deadlinesEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to contribute in a team environmentWilling to learn and follow direction from the engineering staffSelf-starter that can be effective with minimal supervision
