　　As a New Home Administrator at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development.

　　Your administrative support, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be a valuable addition to our homebuilding division office. You will coordinate between various members of our division team and be a true asset to help keep the wheels of "new construction homebuilding" running smoothly.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Accurate entry and analysis of data

　　Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the pipeline

　　Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates

　　Prepare settlement documents and coordinate with lenders, attorney’s and title companies for settlement related details

　　Daily communication with PJM’s and division management team.

　　Oversee field checks, invoicing and accounts payable process

　　Qualifications

　　Excellent planning and organization skills

　　Self-directed with excellent communication skills

　　Ability to work independently and with an administration team

　　Organization skills with a strong attention to detail

　　Able to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
