　　YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary responsibilities of this role are to:Supporting various departmental initiatives related to data analytics, tool implementation and process improvement initiatives while suggesting areas of improvement, where needed.General administrative support to the Technical Publications, Operational Excellence teams and Regulatory AffairsWHO YOU ARE:Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values, more specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:Enrollment in a Full-Time Bachelor's degree program at an accredited US college or University; with the completion of Sophomore year of undergraduate studies in a Scientific related fieldBe a full-time continuing student (i.e enrolled in school for the next term)Have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.Be able to work full time (40 hours per week)Must be legally authorized to work in the USStrong written and communication skillsDemonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to interact with and establish good working relationships with diverse individuals;Advanced PC skills; experience with using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint;Strong written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented and well organized.Motivated to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
