Key Responsibilities:

Contact Center and IPT Voice Specialist/architect will have a deep understanding of contact center technologies, including UCCE, Recording Server, ACD, Skill Groups, IVR, and CVP, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), Voice Gateways (VGs), SBC, and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)

Responsibilities will include designing, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features and enhancements for Contact Center environment and voice over IP (VoIP) solutions

Possible occasional travel to Memphis

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of Enterprise Network Services experience

Possible occasional travel to Memphis

Bachelors Degree

Cisco Voice Experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
