　　Global Technology Infrastructure is a centralized horizontal service across the Tradeweb Enterprise that supports all business verticals and functions (IFI, IDB, TWD, APA, Market Data, HR, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Info. Management). The organization incorporates key functions and technology platforms that fall into 3 major buckets: Hosting, Networks, & End-User.

　　This position blends personnel leadership, project management and technical proficiency, providing effective and scalable solutions for Tradeweb’s enterprise network infrastructure. This role collaborates with the global team, developing and implementing complex technology solutions that involve multiple platforms, software and hardware and processes.

　　Tradeweb Technology positions are fully remote. The Tradeweb European Technology hub is in London, which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the London office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Effectively communicate with stakeholders, leadership and team members, conveying project updates, opportunities and go-forward roadmaps and strategies.

　　Foster a positive and productive work environment.

　　Participate in the configuration, and troubleshooting of Tradeweb’s network infrastructure and services, including switches, routers, LAN/WAN architecture, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity, dynamic routing protocols and low-latency design.

　　Expert-Level Routing and switching experience (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multicast), including LAN/WAN/Security/Architecture.

　　Experience with platforms including Cisco, Arista, F5, Checkpoint and Palo Alto.

　　Scripting experience in Python and ability to write code that interfaces with remote APIs and information services (e.g. REST, YAML, JSON, and XML).

　　Experience working with network automation/orchestration and configuration management processes and tools, including Git, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines and NetBox

　　Familiarity provisioning network connectivity with multiple cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Equinix Cloud Exchange, Oracle, etc.

　　Understanding of data center fabric networks, such as VxLAN / EVPN / OTV

　　Deploy and stabilize code, technologies, services, networks, systems, and drive standardization and automation.

　　Provide subject matter expertise, resolve complex break/fix scenarios, engaging broader teams as necessary; partner with vendors, and regions to achieve continuous improvement.

　　Qualifications

　　7-10 years of experience in Network Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations disciplines

　　BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines

　　Relevant certifications, including CCIE, CCNP, AWS are a plus

　　Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol

　　Understanding of data communication, data processing, and telecommunications facilities

　　Excellent analytical, organizational, process improvement and problem-solving skills

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills
