Job Description

　　The primary task of this role is to support the Institutional Credit Sales Teams across our buyside and sellside efforts. The successful candidate will possess the right blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This role requires a candidate to be an ultimate team-player and someone who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Develop a strong understanding of the Tradeweb suite of products and protocols Master the functionality on the platform including the layers of preferences and authorizations based on a clients' workflow needs Monitor real-time activities on the platform and address issues in a timely manner Manage onboarding process for new clients and dealer firms Assist with streamlining the client enablement process for new trade flow Gain understanding of internal processes and contacts for escalation, feedback, and resolutions Assist with running client and dealer sales and trader trainings as needed Actively collate dealer and client feedback and share information with appropriate internal teams Keep up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Series 7, SIE and 63 preferred and/or willingness to complete in a timely manner Collaborative, possess strong interpersonal skills, be diligent and self-directed Comfortable using financial technology

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
