We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Network Engineer, Senior for a Full-Time position.

　　Responsibilities and Required Skills:

　　Install and troubleshoot network switches and other network devices

　　Develop specifications and integrate components for file and print servers running Windows Server operating systems (incl. Windows Server 2012/2016 and later versions)

　　Manage system encryption using McAfee Drive Encryption

　　Manage and conduct data backups and restores using VEEAM

　　Provide overall technical networking expertise throughout the enterprise architecture

　　Work with government to manage routers

　　Troubleshoot slow internet and SSL intercept network issues from users and offices; identify possible problems and work with Enterprise IRTM and Verizon to resolve

　　Maintain statistics for the network which will include but not limited to: change in file storage and configurations (maximum capacity, actual peak and average capacity used, protocols used, percent of capacity used, and trends), problems encountered and solutions used

　　Maintain and collect system uptime data including time to resolve hardware faults

　　Input data using spreadsheet and database software for inventory, cost tracking and analysis with high accuracy and attention to detail

　　Install, configure, and document any system enhancement. Prepare and maintain all documentation of standard server setups

　　Perform hardware and software evaluation, testing, and integration tasks to determine suitability of new products for the IRTM environment

　　Install and configure devices with security best practices and implement security patches to systems as recommended by vendor in timely manner

　　Provide technical and cost benefit recommendations for network, hardware and software system upgrades in order to maintain optimum network performance

　　Monitor and maintain the performance of the network and server systems, which includes WAN optimization

　　Effectively communicate to users and IRTM team when working on network issues and projects

　　Provide Tier 3 Help Desk support to resolve network outages. Log and report each user trouble call. Close out trouble calls on a priority ranking basis.
