  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator II to join our team in Stafford, VA.

  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  The Network Administrator II maintains connectivity for enterprise network assets to ensure compliance and secure operations on Classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS).

  They collaborate with stakeholders to address connectivity requirements and implement necessary configurations to facilitate efficient and secure data transmission.

  They ensure all network switches and routers are operational, properly configured, and compliant with DISA STIG requirements.

  They perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of network switches to ensure optimal performance and are responsible for configuring, maintenance, and monitoring of firewall, intrusion protection, and intrusion detection systems; and for network access control and authentication in accordance with ATO requirements, cybersecurity policies, and standards.

  They implement necessary security measures to protect specialized systems and networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

  They support the planning and implementation of enterprise service connections among networks, systems, and applications across domains and facilitate connections for auditing, authentication, secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA), and Cross Domain Solutions and Guards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  They collaborate with ISSOs and the ISSM in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and are familiar with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and the ITIL Framework and service delivery concepts.

  They work across multiple teams collaborating effectively to reach resolution of issues, alerts and customer tickets, verifying and closing tickets once an incident has been confirmed resolved.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in an IT- related discipline and at least two (2) years of position specific relevant experience

  DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification required

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master's degree in an IT-related discipline.Clearance Requirements:

  Must have a current/ active Top Secret Clearance.

  Must be a United States Citizen

  Physical Requirement:

  Up to 20% travel.

  Must be able to be in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.

  Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
